A fintech sandbox being set up by India’s central bank will exclude cryptocurrency-related startups. So reports Reading Eagle.
The Reserve Bank of India recently published its framework of regulations; the sandbox may feature “blockchain startups and tools.” India has been cool to cryptocurrency projects in general, restricting its banks from conducting business with them last year.
