After sending executives overseas, Dimon said his management team is motivated to make adjustments. The travelling executives visited companies employing machine learning for new accounts as well as firms that use smartphone images to quickly pay claims. Dimon noted the importance of technology, while also pointing out JPMorgan has not always adapted to changes as fast as it should.
