Future FinTech Group Inc. announced a Three Party Cooperation Agreement with Fan Zhang and Caixia Wang, of China, to develop and operate a new cross-border e-commerce platform. So reports Olean Times Herald.
The agreement was made through the company’s subsidiary GlobalKey SharedMall. Yongke Xue, CEO and chairman of Future Fintech, said its Chain Cloud Mall shopping platform, which is backed by blockchain, has received good feedback and the company hopes to target female customers in Southeast Asia through the new agreement.
