Nium Looks to Bolster Its European Presence with Major Acquisition

Singapore-based Nium is planning a major move in the European market and is looking to make a strategic acquisition of up to $400 million. So reports CNBC.

niumThe company, which focuses primarily on managing cross-border money flow, has approximately 150 employees in Europe and is planning to hire an additional 100 in the coming months. The company has close to a $2 billion valuation with recent investment interest from Visa and Temasek.
