CEO of Embattled Celsius Resigns

Crypto firm Celsius appointed Chris Ferraro to the position of interim CEO after the company’s co-founder, Alex Mashinsky, announced he will be stepping down from the role. So reports Fintech Futures.

Celsius filed for bankruptcy in July and has since suspended withdrawals in order to protect assets and stabilize liquidity during “extreme market conditions.” according to the article. Ferraro, who was serving as CFO, had spent 18 years at JP Morgan Chase prior to signing on with Celsius.
