Federal Judge George A. O’Toole Jr. issued the ruling in a Boston court after the duo pleaded guilty in August of 2021 to a number of charges. The men were accused of “running a nationwide plot” to take over social media accounts using a “SIM-swapping” in order to steal the crypto.
