Cap Markets 'Modern Infrastructure' Firm Clear Street Hits $2B Valuation

Neo capital markets infrastructure firm Clear Street raised $270 million in a Series B round. So reports TechCrunch.

Prysm Capital led the round that helped Clear Street hit a $2 billion valuation. The firm used existing funds to develop a “cloud-native prime brokerage and clearing system” in order to provide clients a chance to facilitate equities and options transactions in the U.S.
