Lazarus Strikes Again As N.K. Hackers Said to Have Stolen $100M in Crypto

Cryptoanalysis firm Elliptic said hackers from North Korea ripped off more than $100 million from Atomic Wallet users in a recent heist. So reports the Jerusalem Post.

More than 5,500 wallets were impacted by the scam, which was believed to have been executed by the Lazarus crime gang. The United Nations said earlier this year North Korea was responsible for more stolen assets in 2022 than any other year prior, and it is believed the money is being used to fund its nuclear program.
