The data, which was provided by CoinMarketCap and NFT Scan, shows that of the 73,257 NFTs held by approximately 23 million individuals, 69,795 of those have a market cap of zero. “This daunting reality should serve as a sobering check on the euphoria that has often surrounded the NFT space,” the researchers concluded in their report.
