FINRA Takes Deeper Look at FinTech with New Office

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) is forming an Office of Financial Innovation to better understand and promote innovation in the market while also protecting investors. So reports Investment News.

FINRA is a self-regulatory securities organization. The office will reach out to stakeholders, as well as train staff, publish research and coordinate with other regulators. Haimera Workie will head the office.
